CMX features not supported by this driver\n Front panel and IR control will be locked out. RS232 expansion port. AVproxy does not support independant control of all signal types. Component and composite video switch together. All audio types switch together.\n Driver setup PLEASE READ!\n 1. MUST use version 1.0 or higher CMX firmware (to support FP/IR lockout) 2. You must configure the digital audio input selection properties. Coax/Toslink/or both for each input. Coax = Coax input is converted to both outputs. Toslink = Toslink input is converted to both outputs. Both = Coax and Toslink are both routed to the outputs (no transcoding). 3. The Video, and Audio selection are READ ONLY states 4. Make sure you fully connect all the "connections" used to both inputs AND outputs for VIDEO 5. Make sure you fully connect all the "connections" used to both inputs AND outputs for AUDIO 6. C4 navigator does not understand digital audio conversion between coax and toslink => If using conversion, you may have to add a "bogus" connection to fool Nav For example, if you are using COAX out but TOSLINK in, you may need to make a false connection to add a toslink input (even though no physical cable is present) 7. You need to paste the following into the LUA command window (LUA tab), then click execute ExecuteCommand("Configure_switch") This will setup the CMX into the proper mode. This only needs to be done once. 8. You can also paste the following into in the LUA comman window, then click execute ExecuteCommand("Read_status") This will readback from the switch. Check the properties tab next and verify that Readback config status = OK 9. If you want to save the current switch settings to flash as power on defaults, use this LUA command sendrs232("CF7F\r") sendrs232("CF7T\r") 10. The "Enable zone powerdown" property will automatically powerdown each output zone when not in use. \n\n Additional Commands\n Read_status: This will poll the CMX to get the device status and update all properties. Normally this is not needed since the FP and IR are locked, but can be a useful debug tool. The Readback config status and Readback avsync status properties are set by this command. They will transition from CurrentState => waiting => OK or ERROR or TIMEOUT. OK means functioning properly. TIMEOUT means no response from CMX. ERROR on config status means the device config is incorrect. ERROR on avsync status probably means the FP/IR lockout was not engaged. \n config_switch: You need to execute this action ONCE during setup to configure the switch in the correct mode from the driver. \n For support in using this driver or to report an issue, contact videostorm@gmail.com\n Digital audio select 1 LIST Coax Toslink Both Coax false Digital audio select 2 LIST Coax Toslink Both Coax false Digital audio select 3 LIST Coax Toslink Both Coax false Digital audio select 4 LIST Coax Toslink Both Coax false Enable zone powerdown LIST On Off Off false Readback config status LIST OK WAITING TIMEOUT ERROR OK true Readback AV sync status LIST OK WAITING TIMEOUT ERROR OK true Video select 1 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Video select 2 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Video select 3 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Video select 4 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Audio select 1 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Audio select 2 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Audio select 3 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Audio select 4 RANGED_INTEGER 0 8 0 true Debug Mode LIST Off Print Log Print and Log Off false Read_status Read device status over RS232 Configure_switch Send switch config commands 5001 1 AVSWITCH 2 False False False False AVSWITCH 1 1 Serial RS-232 1 True False False True RS_232 4000 1 OUTPUT 1 6 False True False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 2000 1 OUTPUT 1 5 False True False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 3000 1 INPUT 1 6 True False False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 1000 1 INPUT 1 5 True False False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 7000 1 Room Selection - OUTPUT 1 7 False True True True AUDIO_SELECTION VIDEO_SELECTION 4010 1 OUTPUT 2 6 False True False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 2010 1 OUTPUT 2 5 False True False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 3010 1 INPUT 2 6 True False False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 1010 1 INPUT 2 5 True False False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 7010 1 Room Selection - OUTPUT 2 7 False True True True AUDIO_SELECTION VIDEO_SELECTION 4020 1 OUTPUT 3 6 False True False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 2020 1 OUTPUT 3 5 False True False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 3020 1 INPUT 3 6 True False False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 1020 1 INPUT 3 5 True False False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 7020 1 Room Selection - OUTPUT 3 7 False True True True AUDIO_SELECTION VIDEO_SELECTION 4030 1 OUTPUT 4 6 False True False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 2030 1 OUTPUT 4 5 False True False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 3030 1 INPUT 4 6 True False False True DIGITAL_COAX DIGITAL_OPTICAL STEREO 1030 1 INPUT 4 5 True False False True COMPONENT COMPOSITE 7030 1 Room Selection - OUTPUT 4 7 False True True True AUDIO_SELECTION VIDEO_SELECTION
