Custom Support for non business hours

2 hour custom support package for non business hours for emergencies only.

To request non business hours support, purchase this package and indicate in the order notes your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices for your 2 hour time slot and include time zone. Please schedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Non-business hours support package is NOT a system setup service. It is for critical problems ONLY.

Video Storm will respond with a time slot appointment for your approval. Please note that we cannot guarantee we can match your requested time slots. Respond via email to accept and schedule your support.

Live technical support is provided using the TeamViewer screen sharing tool. Please download our TeamViewer quick support tool prior to your time slot. Internet connection is required.

This 2 hour support package must be used in one (1) single session and cannot be split up for later use. While we strive to provide the best support, not all issues can be resolved (i.e. bugs, third party product usage & failures, network issues, etc). This service is non-refundable. Any change to the assigned support time slot must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Please provide your phone number in order notes so that we can call you at the pre-arranged time. Your order is complete once you receive an email with order number and a separate time slot confirmation email from Video Storm.
