TMX series RX balun

TMXRX is the receiver CAT5E balun for use with the TMX89 or TMXCXP.  This integrated balun is capable of simultaneously receiving HD component video, digital and analog audio, forward and back channel IR, power, and control over a single cable.  No external power or ground connections are typically needed!  TMXRX provides an excellent low profile and attractive installation solution.

TMXRX is available in a small surface mount enclosure for attaching to the rear of flat panel TVs.  

The TMXRX has the following features

1. Output sets (received from CAT5E cable)
   • HDTV component video
   • Digital audio Coax / RCA
   • Digital audio TOSLINK / Optical
   • Analog audio R/L
   • IR output to control the display or other equipment (forward channel)
   • IR input to be sent back to TMX89 (back channel)
2. Optional local power / ground connections (for very long cables)
3. Optional control connection to TMXCP touch screen panel
4. Flash based micro controller which allows firmware updates
5. Automatic or manual digitally controlled line equalization
